About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales / Key Accounts INTERN to support on-ground activations and tenant engagement initiatives. This is a 100% field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding real-world challenges, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-ground visits across assigned buildings and commercial/residential properties
• Engage with tenants, business owners, and decision-makers to introduce Rentify’s offerings
• Capture customer interactions, feedback, and insights from the field
• Maintain a daily activity tracker/report of meetings, conversations, and outcomes
• Identify and document customer challenges, objections, and pain points related to rent payments
• Share structured market feedback reports to help improve product and sales strategy
• Support activation drives, campaigns, and on-site engagement initiatives
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline tracking of potential leads
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and marketing) to share insights and ensure smooth execution on-ground
