We're opening our brand new Ryman Design store at Bluewater – a fresh, creative concept store where stationery meets style, and innovation meets inspiration.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Store Manager to join our launch team!

• Applicants must be able to attend our recruitment event on Friday 7th November.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Be passionate about design‑led stationery, reflect that by loving the brand and products and transferring that passion to the customer.
• Be a leader to inspire your team to be creative, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Be a coach, a mentor, and develop your team to influence future succession.
• Drive effective change in store and be an ambassador for our New Concept Stores.
• Ensure the store team understands all sales and KPI targets and is supported to exceed them.
• Motivate your management team to deliver and exceed store KPIs.
• Manage and minimise all controllable costs efficiently and within planned budgets.
• Build strong relationships with store peers and the Retail Support Centre.
• Recruit, develop and retain high calibre colleagues that reflect the business's values and behaviours.
