Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 2 days minimum per week onsite

• Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Pay Rate: C$60.00–C$71.00 / Hour (CAD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday to Friday, core business hours

Job Summary

This is an infrastructure-focused Project Manager role backfilling an open position on a Brisk program. The successful candidate will manage multiple infrastructure-based projects simultaneously within a team of approximately 15, reporting on deliverables and engaging personnel across all levels of the organization.

The role offers potential for a long-term engagement and exposure to a variety of projects within a major financial institution. There is no access to customer data in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Engage infrastructure personnel and cross-functional stakeholders
• Define project scope
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira for project tracking and maintenance
• Work with executive stakeholders and all levels of the organization

Required Skills

• 5 years of IT Project Management experience
• Infrastructure project experience
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with executive stakeholders and all levels of the organization

Preferred Skills

• Experience working at or with TD (TD experience a plus)
• PMP certification and/or Scrum Master certification
• Agile mindset / Scrum Master experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Jira experience

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of overall IT Project Management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure-based projects

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Prior experience within a TD environment
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework in a PM capacity

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Hybrid work model — minimum 2 days per week onsite in Toronto, ON
• Overtime is not expected
