The IS&T Employee Experience Engineering organization is looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent resultsDescriptionWe're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects and feature areas.

You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list – it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the success of projects, steering them from concept to launch with a laser focus on execution.
• Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts.
• Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Engineering project management
• Experience in software development life cycle methodologies
• Proven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication
• Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering project or program management
• Hands-on experience in a technical role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
