The Brand Strategy team’s mission is to build strategy that positions our company as the brand that connects people to more of what they love through consistent actions, identity and messaging across all channels, functions and touchpoints.

Through brand strategy, identity, positioning, messaging, and planning, we ensure clear and consistent understanding of the role of our brand in peoples’ lives among employees, partners and consumers. We are a key partner and input to all areas of the organization, uniquely positioned at the intersection of our product experience, business imperatives, and marketing communications.

We are seeking a Brand Planning/Project Manager to support the strategic planning, intake, and orchestration of Brand Strategy initiatives across our company. This role serves as a critical connective point, partnering within Brand Strategy and cross‑company stakeholders to ensure brand priorities are clearly defined, well-planned, and executed on time.

The ideal candidate will help translate business and product priorities into actionable brand planning inputs, maintain accurate roadmaps, and support early alignment on short‑term and long‑term Brand Marketing priorities. This role is well‑suited for a proactive, highly organized collaborator with strong communication skills and a passion for building brands people care about.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion our brand by ensuring brand priorities are clearly represented in planning conversations
• Support the development, organization, and socialization of brand briefs and artifacts as needed
• Translate Product and business priorities into actionable planning inputs for Brand Strategy
• Aid in the development of short‑term and long‑term Brand Marketing priorities to better set teams up for success earlier in the planning process
• Bring our brand to life through meaningful strategy that will connect with our audiences, build brand equity, and drive business impact
• Facilitate and manage Brand Strategy intake requests, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives, requirements, and timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for intake-related questions, prioritization discussions, and updates
• Partner closely with Brand Voice and Brand Visual teams to initiate workstreams, align on deliverables and milestones, and ensure status updates reflect progress against timelines
• Act as the connective tissue between Brand Strategy and Program Management, ensuring information flows clearly and consistently
• Help manage internal and external agencies and other third parties to bring Brand Strategy to life in a strong and meaningful way
• Partner with teams across the business and external partners to ensure we show up on brand in every moment, experience and touchpoint for prospects, customers and employees
• Understand brand needs of various stakeholders and influence / drive alignment across the business

What you’ll need

• Highly collaborative role that requires a unique blend of soft and hard skills, including analytics, excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, and understanding of marketing planning and strategy
• Exceptional partnership and collaboration skills, must be able to work seamlessly with cross functional teams and partners
• Leadership presence, ability to interface and influence all levels of the organization
• Passion for marketing, brand, and communications
• Proactive self-starter and action taker to drive initiatives forward
• Curiosity and keen interest in product portfolio

• Comfortable presenting at C-suite level

• Impeccable written and verbal communication, must be a master of presentation applications
• Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications
• Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Years’ Experience – Generally requires 5-7 years related experience

The salary range for this position is $25/hr to $30/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
