Job Summary

The Onsite Program Manager will lead a high-impact marketplace platform program for a large enterprise client in a delivery-focused, client-facing role. This position involves end-to-end program management, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure program objectives are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful platform outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Drive delivery to completion within timeline, budget, and scope constraints
• Monitor program progress through milestone tracking, reporting, and proactive issue resolution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects; develop contingency plans to minimize impact
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and escalation management
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on program health, risks, and achievements
• Enforce governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance with enterprise methodologies
• Conduct stage-gate reviews and quality assurance checkpoints throughout the program lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations in a matrixed environment
• Provide mentorship and direction to project managers and technical leads
• Ensure alignment of platform deliverables with business goals and marketplace strategy
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to incorporate best practices
• Support development of business cases and ensure delivery of expected ROI

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP are highly desired
