Role Description

The Program Manager is a part‑time, hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with a mix of onsite property visits and work from home. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of tenant engagement programs, including social events, wellness activities, and community initiatives across multiple properties.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing event calendars, coordinating with property teams and vendors, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth logistics for onsite and virtual experiences. The Program Manager will analyze feedback and survey data, prepare post‑event reports, and recommend program improvements to enhance community-building and retention.

This role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, aligning programming with property goals, and collaborating with internal teams to refine processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple initiatives across properties.
• Event operations experience, covering onsite logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and risk management for social and wellness programs.
• Client and stakeholder management abilities, with strength in relationship building, expectation setting, and ongoing communication.
• Data and reporting skills, including collecting feedback, interpreting survey results, and preparing clear, actionable post‑event reports.
• Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with property teams, vendors, and internal colleagues in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in community engagement, hospitality, real estate, or tenant experience programs is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working part‑time with variable schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends for onsite events.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Hospitality, Communications, or Event Management) or equivalent practical experience.
• Compensation$30/hr
