Job Title- Business Analyst Level 5

Location- London, UK (Working remotely (within UK) is fine)

Duration- 7 Months

Essential skills/ experience:: BA role

Critical role in supporting the Client financial crime feature team to keep our FANs and their money safe. The role requires an amazing business analyst to translate and breakdown stakeholder requirements into valuable user stories for the feature team to deliver as well as supporting the team to land the changes through business readiness, service transition etc.

• Essential skills & experience (What are the criteria, skills, experience, or knowledge that candidates must have?)
• Technical skills

o Able to identify and draft As-Is Customer Journeys /Process, identify process gaps and document them thoroughly

o Able to update business procedures and instruction manuals with process changes

o Able to draft options papers for key stakeholder decisions

o Able to identify risks by changing business processes and run business impact assessments

o Able to draft training materials for process changes.

o Good communication skills to collaborate across business stakeholders and the feature team

o Ability to work under pressure

o Takes accountability for oneself as well as exemplifying follow through

• Exposure to JIRA and Confluence tools
