Role Overview

Acts as an individual contributor and technical lead in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions.

Provides strategic development planning, coordinates tasks, and evaluates new technologies to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Works on application integration, security issue resolution, and risk management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to finalize designs and technical specifications.

Performs code and design reviews, prepares technical documentation, and contributes to best practices through thought leadership.

Adheres to corporate policies, including privacy and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field with over 10 years of software development experience.

Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.

Experience In The Healthcare Industry Preferred.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within teams on complex technical projects.
