About the Role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that address complex business needs. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, driving innovation and collaboration across teams to achieve impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software components using modern development frameworks and best practices
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for scalable and reliable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of software solutions
• Analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions
• Take ownership of team deliverables and support effective decision-making within projects
• Promote best practices by sharing knowledge and mentoring team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering and custom application development
• Strong proficiency in software design, coding, and system architecture principles
• Experience working in agile environments and using modern development frameworks
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality solutions independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system integration and distributed applications
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Exposure to performance optimization and scalable system design
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
