Job Title: Associate, Business Management - Investment Banking

Location: Hybrid; 3-4 days a week on-site (Midtown Manhattan)
Interview Process: 3 rounds
This role is a unique blend of Business Analysis, Project Coordination, and Internal Strategy, supporting the Business Management team within Investment Banking. You'll help drive banker technology transformations by championing process improvements across AI, CRM, data governance, internal banking tools, and vendor management.
Partner closely with senior leadership to coordinate with technical teams, gather business requirements, track project deliverables, support user testing, improve CRM data quality, and ensure key initiatives move forward successfully.
