About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support for a high-growth business unit. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, helping leadership make informed strategic decisions while identifying opportunities to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans for supported business units
• Build financial models and perform detailed revenue, expense, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial results against budget and forecast, identifying key business drivers and providing actionable recommendations
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations that communicate financial performance and operational insights
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic projects as needed
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field4+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, ideally within a large company environment
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and develop financial models
• Excellent communication skills with experience partnering across finance and business teams
