Remote Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our remote sales team.

Key responsibilities include researching target markets, qualifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media, and engaging C-suite decision-makers by demonstrating the value of our services. The role involves managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives, and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience in sales, marketing, or B2B events, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset is essential, with the ability to work under pressure and travel as needed. Experience with HubSpot or ZoomInfo is preferred.

Compensation comprises a base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions, with total year-one earnings expected between $65,000 and $75,000.
