Email Marketing Manager-Campaign Management

We're partnering with a global employment services company to hire an experienced Email Marketing Campaign Manager to support its enterprise marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic campaign consulting with hands-on execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to deliver high-impact email marketing programs at scale.

In this role, you'll partner with enterprise, product, and regional marketing teams to build, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns, nurture journeys, webinar communications, and other lifecycle marketing initiatives. You'll serve as the technical expert behind campaign execution, ensuring every email is built accurately, tested thoroughly, and delivered successfully.

What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise, product, and regional marketing teams to execute email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build standard email deployments as well as complex, multi-touch nurture journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Create and manage audience segmentation through Data Extensions while maintaining data integrity between SFMC and Salesforce CRM.
• Own the end-to-end QA process, including testing copy, links, dynamic content, tracking parameters, rendering, and deliverability.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and recommend ongoing optimizations.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, data synchronization challenges, and campaign execution errors independently.
• Build and maintain landing pages and campaign assets within an enterprise CMS environment.
• Configure marketing automation workflows supporting webinars and virtual events.
• Ensure campaigns align with tracking, attribution, and analytics best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal marketing stakeholders by providing guidance on campaign strategy, timelines, and email marketing best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, deliverability, and campaign optimization.
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM integrations and marketing data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred

• SQL, AMPscript, and/or HTML/CSS experience.
• Experience with Litmus or similar email QA tools.
• Experience building landing pages.
• Webinar marketing experience using platforms such as ON24 or Cvent.

Availability: Candidates must be available to work at least 6 hours between 9:00 AM CT and 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday.
