Job Description

Our agency client is hiring an Account / Marketing Manager to support a large-scale collegiate marketing program for a global tech brand. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing Junior Account Managers and ensuring successful execution of campus-based marketing initiatives nationwide.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong agency (account management) or in-house (brand/marketing) background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and can proactively manage multi-facted programs. You do not need any specific experience with events, experiential, or higher ed. This is a great opportunity to gain this experience, however!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Jr. Account Managers to ensure team success
• Oversee daily execution of campus marketing and ambassador programs
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact delivery
• Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Gather internal feedback to improve program execution, events, and processes
• Develop weekly reports, recaps, and client-ready presentations
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive program success
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of account management experience in an agency, marketing, or client services environment
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience creating reports, recaps, and client-facing materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
