Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for bringing Tom's Watch Bar's marketing campaigns to life. This role is focused on execution—building email campaigns, scheduling social media content, coordinating SMS/text marketing, maintaining promotional calendars, and ensuring every campaign launches accurately and on time.

Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing, you'll execute marketing initiatives that drive guest traffic, increase engagement, and support restaurant operations across all locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution
• Build and schedule email marketing campaigns.
• Create and deploy SMS/text message campaigns.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
• Coordinate campaign assets and approvals.
• Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Social Media
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Coordinate content collection with restaurant teams.
• Monitor social media engagement and escalate opportunities as appropriate.
• Ensure content aligns with Tom's Watch Bar brand standards.
• Restaurant Marketing Support
• Drive traffic across restaurant assets.
• Support marketing efforts for major sporting events, promotions, and limited-time offers.
• Coordinate marketing requests from restaurant operators.
• Assist with grand openings, local marketing initiatives, and special events.
• Ensure restaurants receive marketing materials on time.
• Vendor Coordination
• Work with agencies, photographers, printers, and marketing vendors.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain creative assets and marketing files.
• Reporting
• Track email, SMS, and social media performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Maintain marketing databases and guest lists.
• Track loyalty signups through different marketing channels.
• Administrative Support
• Organize marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
• Support cross-functional marketing projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Qualifications and Characteristics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SMS/text marketing platforms.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.

Experience with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or consumer brand experience preferred.

Passion for sports and live events is a plus.

Occasional travel required.
