Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing schedules and fill open shifts
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Process new hire paperwork, background checks, and credential verification
• Track employee licenses, certifications, physicals, and required training
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes
• Assist with employee benefits and leave administration
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Communicate effectively with managers and staff to meet staffing needs

Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or Administrative experience preferred
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
