Supply Chain Manager

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who can provide expert guidance, analysis, and support in all aspects of logistics planning, execution, and sustainment. This SME will work closely with government logistics personnel, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of systems within the client's operational environment.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.

Conduct logistics analyses, including Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis, ensuring compliance with acquisition and sustainment policies.

Develop and review logistics documentation, including Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSARs), Logistics Management Information (LMI) data, and provisioning documentation.

Support the development and implementation of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plansAssist in the identification and mitigation of logistics risks and challenges, using risk management methodologies.

Provide expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and warehousing operations, ensuring compliance with supply chain regulations and best practices.

Support the development and execution of training programs for system operators and maintainers.

Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and working groupsConduct site visits to client operational locations to assess logistics support capabilities and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations on logistics issues and recommendationsDeliverables include: Logistics Analysis Reports, ILSP, Logistics Risk Assessments, Training Materials, Meeting Minutes and Action Items, Briefing Materials and Presentations, Written recommendations and advice on logistics mattersThis is a 6 months+ contract opportunity and requires being onsite 5 days/week in Washington DC 20032.
