Key Responsibilities

Hire, coach, and manage high-performing Account Executives; drive net-new revenue and market expansion; ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting; foster a culture of accountability and performance; collaborate cross-functionally on strategy; provide data-driven insights to leadership; and support team and customer engagement across North America.

Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales leadership with proven growth; strong domain expertise in endpoint or IT technologies preferred; experience building and retaining teams; executive presence and influence; deep sales acumen; proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools; highly organized, adaptable, and customer-focused; bachelor's degree preferred.
