Sales Growth Manager

As the Sales Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Anju's presence in the wholesale gift, boutique, and lifestyle retail markets. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and collaborate closely with our independent sales representatives to maximize sales performance.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day sales execution. You'll work closely with company leadership, marketing, customer service, and our nationwide sales rep network to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new wholesale customers, including boutiques, gift shops, museum stores, garden centers, and specialty retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and account growth.
• Partner with independent sales representatives across assigned territories by providing sales support, product knowledge, promotional materials, and regular communication to help them grow their accounts.
• Monitor sales performance by territory, representative, and customer segment, and recommend strategies to improve results.
• Develop and implement programs to increase customer retention, reactivation, and average order value.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market opportunities to identify new growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on email campaigns, product launches, promotions, catalogs, and seasonal sales initiatives.
• Participate in the planning, setup, merchandising, and staffing of major wholesale trade shows throughout the year, including assisting with booth design, product presentation, customer meetings, and post-show follow-up.
• Travel to industry trade shows and customer visits as needed to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
• Collaborate with product development by sharing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to help shape future collections.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Continuously improve sales processes, CRM utilization, and customer communication to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and account management skills, with experience in driving growth and building long-term customer relationships.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and comfort with Analytics tools to interpret sales data, identify trends, and inform strategy.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
• Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Experience in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, collaborate across teams, and travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
