Regional Sales Manager - Western U.S. - $51K-$60K

Location: Remote -- Western U.S. (you must reside in AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WY, near a major airport)

Compensation

$51,000-$60,000 base salary, plus sales commission

A manufacturer of critical-environment controls is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow its footprint across the Western U.S. through channel partners. If you know HVAC and building automation and love technical, relationship-driven selling, this territory is yours.

What You'll Own

• Grow and support the company's footprint across the Western U.S. through channel partners and key accounts
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on channel-partner sales calls with end clients
• Deliver technical sales presentations and lead solution-based selling
• Drive new business with engineers, contractors, and facilities
• Guide high-potential projects from design through post-installation support
• Educate and train partners and attend trade shows, webinars, and training events

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in HVAC or building automation
• Experience as a territory or regional manager for an HVAC or building automation manufacturer
• Proven channel-partner and multi-state territory management
• Strong knowledge of airflow measurement, room pressure monitoring, or mechanical building systems
• Ability to understand, explain, and sell technical concepts to engineers, contractors, and facility managers
• Residence in one of the twelve western states near a major airport, and the ability to travel about 50%

Nice to Have

• Experience with airflow and pressure management systems, or critical environments (hospitals, labs, cleanrooms)
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Multi-state or regional indirect-sales experience
