Nuvo Packaging is seeking a Senior Sales Manager ready to own strategic growth, pioneer new opportunities with retailers, food processors, and QSR accounts, and help shape our expanding future from Columbus, Ohio.

In this role you will drive aggressive growth by building high-level relationships and innovative strategies; develop scalable systems and processes that let you focus on high-impact work while delegating details; and navigate shifting priorities with confidence to turn market dynamics into competitive advantage.

You’ll operate with genuine autonomy in a dynamic environment that rewards initiative and bold thinking without excessive rules or micromanagement.

We’re looking for: a proven record of smashing sales targets; preferred experience in plastic packaging, paperboard, corrugated, or distribution selling to retailers, food processors, and QSR accounts; strong analytical skills paired with intense drive; and the self-motivation to succeed independently while aligning with company goals.
