Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, including structural steel fabricators, general contractors, and engineering firms
• Identifies new business opportunities and expands the Company's customer base in the region
• Provides exceptional customer service and support to customers in the region
• Conducts product and software demonstrations for customers and prospects
• Participates in trade shows and industry events to promote the Company's products and services
• Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in the region
• Prepares and submits sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation before established deadlines
• Monitors industry trends and competitor activity in the region and provides feedback to the management team

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• A valid driver's license and passport for travel abroad
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge and professional experience working in CNC machinery industry
• Two (2) or more years of professional sales experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A high degree of emotional intelligence
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion, up to 95% of time
• Must be able to read, speak, and write the English language (i.e., French/Spanish is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Computer proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, etc.) at least two years required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
