We’re looking for a driven and organized Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced commercial lending environment. This role focuses on guiding daily sales activity, maintaining accountability, and helping drive consistent revenue growth through strong leadership and structured processes.

In this position, you’ll work closely with the team to improve performance, provide coaching, and ensure leads are effectively managed from initial contact through closing. You’ll help create a productive, positive sales culture by setting clear expectations, tracking key metrics, and offering ongoing support that keeps the team focused and moving forward.

Compensation

$59,800 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability across the team.

• Facilitate effective communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about goals and expectations.
• Oversee the management of sales leads from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline sales operations for maximum efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in leading and inspiring sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business goals.
• Proven track record of monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong skills in providing ongoing coaching and support to empower team members.
