Job Scopes:

• Operating Systems Knowledge (Windows & macOS)
• Networking Fundamentals and OWASP concepts
• Knowledge SIEM tools & IAM and attacks related to user accounts
• Threat detection and Incident response capability
• Log Analysis and Monitoring
• Basic knowledge of Security tools and technologies
• Cybersecurity fundamentals knowledge
• Threat Intelligence awareness
• Analytical and Investigation Skill
• ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy
• Basic knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Expectations from the Role: Associate would be required to perform initial triaging of security alerts , availability and health check monitoring of SIEM platform, follow runbook perform investigation and involve SME as required.

Associates would be required to work in 24/7 support environmentCreate and publish daily security reports.

• Degree graduate in 2025 or 2026 with min CGPA 3.20Open to start work in 20 Jun 26Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
