Job Description

The People Operations Program Manager will serve as a key operational partner to Meriton's Leadership team, helping drive process improvement, cross-functional initiatives, communication, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Improve People Operations processes by documenting, evaluating, and streamlining workflows and SOPs.
• Establish scalable systems that support organizational growth and drive consistency across onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Manage cross‑functional projects including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HRIS, and People Strategy teams.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through improved communication rhythms, meeting structures, and visibility into priorities.
• Identify efficiency opportunities using technology, automation, and AI to strengthen People Team operations.
• Support People leadership with coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and executive‑level administrative tasks.
