Data & Analytics Analyst - Information Tech (Days)

To take a lead role in the development of advanced analytic tools and views of health care data including: retrospective analysis, data visualization, interactive dashboards, and development and implementation of predictive models. Analyze data, reports, processes, and measurements for key managed care indicators to recognize trends in patient care. Diagram and evaluate existing processes.

Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

EducationBachelor's DegreeExperienceThree years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work equally well alone or as part of a team and to manage multiple projects and assignments at one time.
• Experience with data collection, database management analysis, report formatting, and written presentation of analysis.
• Positive, people oriented, and energetic attitude.
• Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Six Sigma training preferred.
• Superior organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills, and be able to work well with individuals at all levels within institution.
• Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet, databases and computer software, (knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and BI tools preferred). Prefer MS Office products.
• Three or more years experience in healthcare data analytics.
