The Real Estate Finance Analyst will make a significant contribution to the success of the organization's real estate strategy, including its new store initiative. This position will partner closely with the Real Estate Finance Senior Analyst to analyze and report on new store performance, with an expanded focus on capital management for the initial store build-out budget.
Success in this role requires financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with non-finance teams, while maintaining objectivity in analysis and results.

An employee in this position can expect an annual salary between $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
Benefits for those who are scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week include Employee Discount, EAP and Sick Pay.
