Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong analytical and research skills, along with effective communication abilities, to support decision-making across corporate finance, investment research, and business strategy.

Purpose of This Role

The Financial Analyst supports research and analytical initiatives for publicly listed and growth-stage companies by conducting market research, analyzing financial and industry data, preparing reports, and delivering insights that support client projects and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast industry trends to provide market insights and support research and analysis for publicly listed and growth-stage companies.
• Conduct research on market dynamics, client preferences, and competitor activities to help refine business strategies and service offerings.
• Collect, verify, and organize financial and market data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and planning purposes.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for management.
• Stay current with financial regulations, industry developments, and best practices to support compliance with market standards.
• Collaborate with managers, executives, and clients to gather insights and support long-term business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance or research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and business documents.
• Solid research and analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in AI tools to support research, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or a related field.
