As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the commercial construction market.

Position Overview

The BusinessDevelopment Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships throughout the commercial construction industry.

This individual will work closely with general contractors, project managers, developers, architects, engineers, property managers, and end users to position Hosted Solutions as the preferred partner for structured cabling, audio-visual, and security projects.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who understands the commercial construction process and enjoys building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and end users.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and secure opportunities to bid structured cabling, AV, access control, and security scopes.
• Attend networking events, industry functions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Hosted Solutions' services.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals and project solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct project site visits and client presentations as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends, construction activity, and emerging technology solutions.
• Work closely with leadership to support company growth initiatives and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
• Experience selling technology solutions within the commercial construction industry is preferred.
• Experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, AV, security, telecommunications, networking infrastructure, or related construction trades is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction lifecycle and project delivery process.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Denver Metro area.

• What We Offer$80,000 - $100,000 base salary with $150,000–$200,000 OTE and uncapped commission potential
