Marketing Leader

the client is building an AI-powered, always-on marketing framework that unifies Web2 and Web3. the platform leverages multiple specialized agents across many channels to automate full-funnel growth, from traffic acquisition through user conversion. this is an opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader who can combine strategy, execution, and performance tracking in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with the role potentially evolving as the company scales.

Responsibilities include building advanced performance tracking and attribution models that connect on-chain actions with off-chain marketing signals; launching and managing high-impact campaigns across Web2 and Web3; owning analytics and reporting through dashboards and metrics that evaluate funnel health, CAC, and retention; and optimizing conversion by improving landing pages, onboarding flows, and acquisition funnels using A/B testing and behavioral data. the role also centers on collaborating across creative, development, and community functions to align assets, messaging, and measurement.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer focused on conversion metrics and funnel efficiency, comfortable balancing scrappy tactics with scalable campaign execution. they should have experience bridging Web2 and Web3 ecosystems, be skilled at collaboration with engineers, product teams, and creators, and bring a pragmatic approach that accounts for platform limitations, privacy requirements, and regulatory frameworks. the role is expected to help lead the client's growth engine and may provide a pathway into executive leadership as the organization scales.
