We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager that can join our LA digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager with at least 4 years experience in digital and acquisition/retention marketing to work in tandem with the senior management, project manager, in-house design and an outsourced development team.

This person will bring new and improved marketing ideas to increase footfall, on and offline product acquisition and increase retention to the student base.

Qualifications

The role requires an innovator a trendsetter, a progressive thinker who can connect digital, social media, to drive offline sales and create a retention scheme that improves retention offline through the international locations.

This person plans and executes these initiatives including search email markteting social and online advertising campaigns, retention strategy and copywriting, as well as collaborating with interactive team on wesite evelopment insure SEO. Person will make recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies, and identify strategic partners when neded and drive a plan and objectives.

The candidate will work with senior management, tech and development departments, and will need to have a deep understanding of the services provided. The first step will work with the CPA and create an efficient model and educate others of emerging model, best practices and trends.

Additional Information

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Digital agency/Internet/IT/Software/E-commerce background preferred with experience in commercial development projects and multiple projects
• Recommended knowledge of Web/Smartphone/Tablet acquisition strategy
• Experience working with acquisition and retention marketing strategies
• Ability to travel internationally
• Ability to keep your finger on the pulse of a fast-changing environment and working under high deadlines
• Define team culture to inspire others and be able to communicate in non-technical terms
