Digital Marketing Director

LHH is currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Director for a permanent opportunity with our client in the North Dallas area. This leader will be responsible for building structure, developing a high-performing team, overseeing budget and performance, and creating integrated marketing strategies that support business growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience across digital marketing, strategic planning, and sales enablement, with B2B experience strongly preferred. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the North Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and develop the marketing team by setting clear priorities, building processes, and coaching team members for growth and performance.
• Own the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue goals.
• Create and oversee digital marketing strategy across channels such as paid media, email, website, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to strengthen sales enablement efforts, including messaging, content, collateral, campaigns, and lead support tools.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track return on investment across programs and initiatives.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and inform leadership decisions.
• Drive brand positioning, market visibility, and demand generation initiatives that support both short- and long-term growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing priorities with business needs.
• Evaluate team structure, identify capability gaps, and recommend improvements to scale the function effectively.
• Stay current on market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy and planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership at the manager or director level.B2B marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, structure, and develop teams in a way that drives accountability, clarity, and results.
• Strong experience owning and executing marketing strategy across digital channels and integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, evaluating performance, and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with sales teams to support revenue growth through sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, brand strategy, campaign planning, and marketing operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the North Dallas area.
