Position Overview

Blue Mountain is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Lead to own our digital marketing efforts and drive growth for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services.

This role includes overseeing various aspects of our marketing strategy, including content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the strategy and implementation of Generative AI (Gen AI) to enhance our marketing efforts, particularly in generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Demand Generation Manager.
• Oversee the development and execution of content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize ROI.
• Manage the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content across various digital channels in collaboration with creative teams.
• Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and other paid search efforts.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement while monitoring emerging trends.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement a Generative AI strategy to enhance digital marketing efforts with a focus on automation, personalization, and lead generation.
• Utilize Generative AI tools for creating personalized content across blogs, emails, and social media channels.
• Leverage Gen AI to analyze customer data for targeted sales lead generation and implement AI-driven chatbots to engage potential customers in real time.
• Use AI-powered analytics to track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies for better lead conversion.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in marketing.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a creative and strategic mindset.
