The Coordinator of Human Resources & Recruitment will serve as the heartbeat of our talent acquisition and employee experience. In this dual-focused role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing exceptional talent to onboarding—while supporting day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future organizational needs.
Facilitate a welcoming and thorough onboarding experience for all new hires.
Maintain precise, confidential employee records and HR databases.
Assist in administering company policies, benefits tracking, and performance management processes.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support internal initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale, retention, and team alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Discretion: Absolute integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Organization: Striking attention to detail with the ability to multitask and pivot efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and standard office software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
