What You’ll DoIdentify candidates for open requirementsProactively source, identify, and engage top technical talent for a variety of client requirements using platforms such as LinkedIn, internal ATS, and referrals.

Build and long-term relationships by empowering, encouraging, and proactively supporting our personnel to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and present highly qualified, well-aligned candidates in a timely manner.

Drive revenue growth by developing strategic candidate pipelines, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring top talent is ready when new opportunities arise.

Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to submittals, interviews, and placements, contributing to the overall success and momentum of the team.

What You Need
