Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and distribution
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure product availability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Track supply chain performance metrics and prepare operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes is an advantage

Skills

• Supply chain planning and logistics management
• Inventory control and demand forecasting
• Vendor and supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Pay: $98,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
