DP world is looking for a Vice President, Commercial – Logistics (Oceania). In this role, you will lead the commercial growth strategy for logistics business, driving revenue, profitability, customer success, and market expansion across the region.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role for a commercially astute leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, developing strategic customer partnerships, and shaping the future of logistics across Oceania and APAC.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for the Oceania Logistics business, driving profitable revenue growth and market expansion across multiple logistics service lines.

Lead P&L performance planning, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved while supporting long-term business growth.

Identify and capture new market opportunities, including emerging logistics solutions and niche service offerings.

Lead sales pipeline development, strategic pursuits, contract negotiations, and large-scale business acquisition opportunities.

Drive team performance across Business Development, Key Account, Solutioning & Tendering, marketing, and commercial excellence.

Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers, strategic partners, freight forwarders, and industry stakeholders.

Develop integrated commercial plans in partnership with regional and global leaders to align growth initiatives across the broader APAC network.

Drive pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and commercial excellence to maximize customer value and business returns.

Lead capability development across traditional and emerging logistics solutions, ensuring competitive differentiation and innovation.

Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and seamless execution.

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer success.

Qualifications, Experience &

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications such as APICS or CSCP are advantageous.
Extensive leadership experience in commercial logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, or related industrial sectors with multi-service offerings.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial transformation across complex regional businesses.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales leadership, tender management, RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiation, and key account management.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing P&L performance, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics solutions, with the ability to create value-driven customer propositions.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with experience operating across diverse cultures and geographies.
Inspirational leadership style with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams, lead change, and deliver results in complex environments.
