Sales Manager — Recycling & Processing EquipmentAlan Ross Machinery is hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth in recycling, scrap, and processing equipment sales at an ideal time in our industry. This role is only for an experienced recycling or processing equipment industry salesperson with existing relationships, technical fluency, and an undeniable skill for closing equipment deals and managing a small sales team.

We are a Zion, Illinois-based company with over 50 years serving the recycling industry. Remote or Illinois-based candidates will be considered. Travel is low, autonomy & flexibility are high, and compensation is built around performance.

• What You’ll DoSell recycling, scrap, and processing equipment to end users, dealers, and industry buyers
• Manage a small small sales team, including hiring junior salespeople
• Build on existing relationships while developing new accounts
• Match customer needs with practical equipment solutions
• Use our advanced sales & marketing technology, market data, and industry knowledge to identify and win opportunities
• Required
• Minimum 5 years of recycling equipment sales experience
• Proven track record of sales success
• Established industry network
• Strong understanding of recycling, scrap, and processing equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline without hand-holding
