Well-established and growing plaintiff funding organization targeting an Account Manager to join the team!

TITLE: Account Manager – Outside Sales

COMPENSATION

$65,000–$80,000 base salary (annual merit increases based on performance)

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: $400/month vehicle allowance + $25/month cell phone stipend

INCENTIVES: Uncapped commission; realistic first-year earnings of $15,000–$55,000+ with strong upside for top performers

LOCATION: Seattle, WA (additional territories include Nevada and Birmingham, AL)

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

TRAVEL: Frequent weekday travel within territory; all travel and lodging reimbursed

REPORTS TO: Regional Director of Sales

CORE SERVICES

• Plaintiff funding solutions providing cash advances for injured clients
• Medical and surgical care on lien through a national provider network

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage relationships within the personal injury legal community
• Achieve and exceed revenue and territory growth targets
• Build long-term partnerships with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
• Conduct in-person meetings, lunches, and networking events
• Represent the company at industry conferences and legal events
• Manage outbound outreach and pipeline activity using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Track accounts, maintain accurate records, and manage deal progression through close

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Confident engaging with professional/legal stakeholders
