Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs with a genuine player‑coach mentality
• Co-sell on complex deals and guide the team through large, multi‑stakeholder organizations
• Build and execute strategies that push mid‑market wins into enterprise territory
• Run rigorous pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Success
• Leadership & Coaching
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid‑Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement
• Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance to help team members identify, qualify, and break into enterprise‑level accounts
• Roll up your sleeves and co‑sell with your team on complex deals, providing strategic guidance and active participation in customer meetings when necessary
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews to ensure team success
• Identify individual and team training needs and collaborate with enablement teams to develop and deliver relevant programs
• Act as a leader who consistently seeks out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, spanning mid‑market and enterprise2+ years managing sales teams with a track record of building high‑performance cultures
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coaching, analytical, and communication skillsSalesforce proficiency; ability to travel as needed
• Location
• This is a hybrid role with regular in‑office collaboration for candidates residing in Austin, TX or surrounding areas.
• The role is available to work from our downtown headquarters.
