As our business continues to grow across North America, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Eastern United States.

Position Summary

This is a full-time hybrid position responsible for developing and growing sales across the Eastern U.S. territory, including:

• Washington, DCMaryland
• Virginia
• Pennsylvania (Philadelphia region)
• North Carolina
• South Carolina
• Georgia
• Tennessee
• Kentucky
• The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and expanding Bodaq’s presence throughout the region.
• This role requires frequent travel and a proactive approach to relationship-building within the architecture, design, construction, and property management communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, property managers, and end users.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Track sales activities and opportunities through CRM systems.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to support company growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and territory management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Experience managing a multi-state territory.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
• Experience in architectural products, building materials, interior finishes, commercial construction, or design-related industries is preferred.
