This role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ranging from large to extra-large individual initiatives. The individual in this role will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This includes managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering effective communication amongst stakeholders. The role requires a high degree of organizational skill, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This individual may also be a mentor to less experienced project managers.

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
