The Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large cross-functional business transformation projects. They are responsible for projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals. Applies change management and Continuous Improvement principles. May supervise staff. Reports to Senior Continuous Improvement Manager.

How To Be Successful In
We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead medium to large cross-functional business transformation projects. Excellent communication and change management skills are essential for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear, timely communication.
You will motivate and manage project teams, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will integrate Continuous Improvement principles with project management practices to enhance project outcomes.
Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and applying these insights to future projects will drive continuous improvement across the organization.
