Business Analyst

Business AnalystWe’re looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to turn data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and operational performance. This position will be full-time on-site with occasional global travel required What You’ll DoPartner with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, gaps, and actionable insights Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Translate business requirements into clear reporting and data solutions Support the development and standardization of reporting across the organization Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support evolving business priorities

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in a similar role Advanced experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools Strong business acumen with experience in data-driven environments Experience in manufacturing or operations environments is considered an asset Why This Role?
