What You'll Do

• Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
• Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
• Validate calculations, formatting, and internal consistency
• Identify errors or inconsistencies in source accounting material
• Support recurring dataset creation and cleanup tasks
• Ensure datasets meet accuracy and quality standards for AI model training

Who You Are

• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
• Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and validating structured datasets
• High attention to detail with a systematic, accuracy-first mindset
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Exposure to audit, FP&A, or financial operations
• Experience with financial statement analysis or accounting reconciliation
• Familiarity with data validation or spreadsheet quality control workflows
