ABOUT THE ROLE

Aura Reality is building the next generation of medical-aesthetic and health intelligence technologies.

We combine advanced imaging hardware, AI-enabled software, and health data capabilities to help clinicians and consumers better understand, measure, and improve aesthetic and wellbeing outcomes.

We are not optimising an existing category — we are creating a new one.

To scale this ambition globally, we are hiring a CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to sit at the centre of our evolving growth engine.

With the increasing use of AI across marketing operations and the addition of a Go-To-Market Engineering capability, this role is intentionally designed to be broader, more flexible, and more cross-functional than traditional CRM roles.

You will be responsible for connecting CRM, digital channels, and broader marketing initiatives into one coherent system that supports global growth.

You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring structure, performance visibility, and execution discipline across all growth activities.

This is a mid-level, hands-on role with full ownership across CRM and digital marketing activities.

Salary range

• CHF 70’000–90’000 per year, depending on experience.THIS IS YOU3–5 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, growth, or broader marketing roles
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), but deep technical expertise is not required
• Strong exposure to digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, or lifecycle marketing)
• Experience in at least one broader marketing area (e.g. branding, content, campaigns, or events)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
• Comfortable working with agencies and external partners
• Structured, curious, and execution-driven
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern marketing tooling is a strong plus
