About The Job

Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Manage benefits administration and open enrollment Maintain HR systems, reporting, and employee data (HRIS/ATS management) Support compensation benchmarking and salary analysis Assist with immigration-related processes in partnership with external counsel Support employee relations, compliance, and HR operations Contribute to training, development, and process improvement initiatives

About You

Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of HR experience with a strong generalist background Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with employment-based immigration processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and approachable Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

About The Position
