Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
