The Role

We're looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our growing US business, based out of our Austin, Texas office. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you'll partner closely with project and business leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent across our US operations. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and capability of Martinus in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles including engineering, construction, project management, and corporate functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of rail and infrastructure talent across the US
• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry boards)
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
• Manage offers, reference checks, and pre-employment processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry bodies, and staffing agencies
• Support workforce planning initiatives as the US business scales
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Martinus as an employer of choice in the US rail sector
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity

About You

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or a related industry
• Proven ability to manage high-volume and specialist recruitment simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you build relationships quickly and authentically
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, growth environment
• Comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity as we establish and scale our US operations
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
